Most people who find their way here have already done significant inner work. Years of therapy, ceremony, spiritual practice, bodywork, or facilitation.

They’ve met grief, rage, love, and shadow. They’ve had genuine openings. And still, something hasn’t shifted.

It’s not for lack of effort.

The layer that remains doesn’t shift with insight alone. It lives in the body, in old protective patterns, in places where sensation has gone numb, and in the space between what the mind understands and what the nervous system still holds on to.

Temple Somatics: The Immersion is designed for that layer.

Aphrodite Beach Hotel it is a small family owned hotel, located 500 m from the most beautiful and serene place in Cyprus, the Akamas Peninsula National Park, in the North West of Cyprus and about 40 kms from Paphos.

About This Immersion

Temple Somatics®: The Immersion is an eros-inclusive somatic healing container. In this work, eros is understood as life force, aliveness, sensation, emotional truth, vitality, creativity, and embodied presence - not as sexual performance. This is not a genital-focused or sexuality-focused retreat. Genital touch is not guaranteed and is not the central focus of this Immersion.

This Immersion includes partnered and triad-based practices involving consensual touch, breath, sound, emotional expression, nervous system tracking, ritual, and eros-inclusive healing. No specific form of touch is guaranteed or required. Every participant has the right to modify or opt out of any practice at any time, without explanation.

Please confirm your understanding and comfort with the following: *

Giving and receiving consensual, non-sexual touch (hands, arms, back, legs, feet, chest, etc.)

Being witnessed in emotional expression including grief, anger, fear, and pleasure

Working in dyads and triads with other participants

Practicing clear yes, no, and maybe communication as a living skill

Honoring another participant's no or boundary without negotiation or explanation

Participating in eros-inclusive spaces without assuming sexual access

Using your voice through sounding, toning, and emotional expression

Modifying or opting out of practices when needed, and supporting others in doing the same
